One week before you depart, we'll email you the weather forecast for your mystery destination. We'll email you an updated weather forecast for your trip the day before you depart, as well.
In that "One Week Until Departure" email, we'll let you know if you should bring anything specific on your trip, like a bathing suit or hiking boots.
If there is a specific feature you want in a hotel (pool, spa, etc.), please tell us on your Pre-Trip Survey. If you have a specific hotel brand preference, feel free to let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate the request! (However - this will not apply to Fixed Group Departures).
These are Post Covid Times and Travel Industry has suffered a great deal. However, best we could come up with are as follows:
Less than 10 Days Prior to Travel Date: 100% of the Package Cost as Cancellation Charge
10-15 Days Prior to Travel Date: 75% of the Package Cost as Cancellation Charge
16-30 Days Prior to Travel Date: 50% of the Package Cost as Cancellation Charge
More than 30 Days: Full Refund of Package Cost Excluding Processing Fees
We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!
We will change your reservations to either a specific date or hold for future use. If there is an increase in fare we will inform you before any confirmation.

Our Traveler Support Team is available 24/7 by phone or email in case you need anything while you're on your trip. While we love adventure, we value safety.
You are required to carry the printout of Tickets (air/rail), Hotel Voucher & Service Voucher as sent by our travel consultant. All the guests are advised to carry a valid Photo ID Proof during the travel; it will be required at Airport & Hotel at the time of check-in. For complete list of documents, check the mail sent by our Travel consultant.
Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card (Online), Internet Banking, Cash/Cheque Deposit in our bank account. We also offer Cash/Cheque collection from Home at select cities in India. For Details, contact Customer care or our travel consultant.
